Master Lootero in 2025
Part 7: All Items View, Filters & Search – Your Master Control Room
This is the screen power users live in.
Instead of jumping between collections, the All Items grid shows every single thing you own across all collections in one beautiful, sortable, filterable view.
How to get there
- Go to the Collections tab
- Tap the Items tab at the very top (not inside a specific collection – the global one). [image of the top tabs – probably image15.png or similar]
You now see a grid with every item you own, newest first.
What you see at a glance
Every row shows:
- Photo thumbnail
- Item name
- Collection it belongs to
- Likes count (great sell-signal when something suddenly gets hot)
- Your cost → Lootero Value → profit/loss arrow
- Quick public/private icon
[image of the full grid – you probably have one around image23.png–image27.png]
Instant sorting
Tap any column header once or twice:
- Sort by Value (find your most expensive pieces)
- Sort by Likes (see what the community loves)
- Sort by Date Added / Year Made / Cost / Profit %
The Filter button – this is where it gets stupidly powerful
Tap Filter (top right) → you get a panel with:
- Search box (searches item name, brand, description, everything)
- Theme picker (multi-select every collection type you own)
- Series picker (multi-select specific sets/series)
- Year range slider
- Condition / Grading dropdowns
- Public vs Private toggle
- For Sale toggle
- Removed items toggle
Combine as many as you want.
Examples people actually use every day:
- “Show me every PSA 10 Pokémon card I own”
- “All gold coins from 1900–1950 worth more than $500”
- “Everything I’ve marked For Sale that has 20+ likes”
- “All items stored in ‘Safe Deposit Box’ location”
As you filter, the grid updates instantly and the top bar shows live totals: Items found · Total cost · Total current value · Net profit/loss

Why this screen is addictive
- Decide what to sell in 10 seconds (highest likes + biggest profit arrow = sell now)
- Insurance inventory in one tap (filter → share → send PDF link to insurer)
- Find that one thing you swear you own but can’t locate → two filters and it’s staring at you
Pro move: do this once a month on the 1st after valuations update. Takes 90 seconds and you instantly know exactly where your money is made (or lost).
